My first garden success!,

"I am a brand new gardener, and these tomatoes helped me define my first gardening experiment as a success.
Although I only got a tiny crop in the early summer, and I thought the plants were done during the worst heat of the Texas summer, they have more than made up for a slow start with a huge second crop this fall! I have three plants and probably hundreds of tomatoes on the way! I haven't watered them since July, but they are doing amazing with zero maintenance in the Texas drought.
Now in the picture, they are shown all ripening at the same time, but I found them to be less dramatic on my plants. Also, mine are smaller and not quite as dark red, but crisp and sweet just the same. I will probably experiment with other varieties next year, but only because I am so new to gardening and need to learn more. These are welcome back in my garden in the future."
