Big Red Mild Pepper,
July 31, 2008
Submitted by partovi
from Miami, Florida
"Big red is mild with great flavor with enough heat without running for glass of water, great for salsa or salad or adding to omelet. It is disease resistance. Regular producer 8 to 12 inches long. two months to harvest. Salsa delight is another great pepper, smaller than big red (about 6 inches long) I use Mircle-grow every other time to water."

Great Long Hots,
July 20, 2007
Submitted by Art1
"I have been growing these for about 3 or 4 years and have had great results. I tried them because I have trouble finding what we in South Jersey call "Italian Long Hots" plants in the local nurseries. They are good picked either green or red, and I mainly fry them with onion and garlic for sausage and pepper sandwiches, on hamburgers, etc. Also, they tend to be pretty hot, so I would give them 2 pepper rating rather than the one pepper rating in the catalog."
