"Ive lived in northern ohio, my whole life and we have always had spearmint growing on the farm as long as I can remember. It's super easy too grow, It's super tough, you can't kill the stuff even when your kid mows it over with the lawn mower, me being the kid at the time, that was 25 years ago belive me it will come back and probally furious, make sure you have room for it too expand cause it will over the seasons, Happy Hoe'n"

"This plant will grow for years and produce wonderfully even when root-bound in a small pot. Keep outside for best flavor and fragrance. Cut a small plant and give to a friend, it will grow to a mature plant very quickly. It will go dormant late in California and sprout again early in the spring. If put into a bed it may overrun your entire garden."

"Planted this spearamint and at in the beginning was a little disappointed at the growth rate then BAM! It took off, was very prolific, easy to maintain and grow and had a nice flavor."
