"I didn't think I'd be able to grow tomatillos in Ohio with great success but I have got to say, it worked out great. It does not grow like a normal tomato plant. I thought I accidentally planted beans until I saw the shells develop first. They are a little slow but really come on. This was very productive in a container for me. Next year it gets some garden space. It made great Salsa Verde and some chutneys. You really don't need a lot of plants but you get a ton of seeds. Share some with friends. They'll be glad you did."
