Best Cucumber I have ever grown, August 27, 2009
Submitted by Farmer56 from Mid Maine (read all my reviews) (read all my reviews)
"This has to be one of the best cucumbers on the market for growing in Maine. I started seeds inside and put twenty eight of them out when frost was no longer a danger. We had the wettest spring on record with crop losses 50%-100%. I did not lose even one of the Palace King Cucumber plants, they excelled in our cold wet weather. As of this time I have grown more than two hundred cucumbers, all in excess of 12 inches, with some 19 inches long. My family finds them to be very tasty and crisp, they make excellant pickels, some of the best I have eaten. I will be growing then in 2010, they get my recomendation."

"By far the best cuke we have grown, very good yield and the best taste. I only wish we'd planted more!"

best cucumber, April 25, 2009
Submitted by tractorbabe from Crete, IL (read all my reviews) (read all my reviews)
"This is the best cucumber I have ever grown. Very prolific, very sweet and crunchy. After picking them, I wrap them in plastic wrap which helps them last longer in the refrigerator and also keeps them crunchy. This is the only cucumber I order now."

The only Cuke I grow!, September 20, 2007
Submitted by Kingfish from Warrington, Pa (read all my reviews) (read all my reviews)
"I have been growing this one for years and it's simply the best cuke in my opinion.
Super crunchy and slim, never gets bloated like standard cucumbers.
The seed cavity is almost nonexistent, the flesh is that solid.
These are great in a salad, as a salad, or just for fresh eating.
Tastes and looks like no other cucumber!"
