Excellent taste, color, and texture,

"I planted Big Beef for the first time this year. I am very pleased with the fruit quality. The fruit turns a dark red inside and out when fully ripe. Good flavor and texture. Big Beef will now be a main tomato variety in my garden in the future. I grew it in large cages without staking, and found this to be acceptable."

"I am growing these for the first time this year, and I am pleased. The vines produce well, and the fruit has been 10-12oz as advertised. The flavor is very nice too. I'll be doing these again next year."

Almost ripe!,

"Three plants arrived in late March along with the 4th of July plants. I put them in the ground on April first inside of the wall-o-waters (highly recommend them!). Today is June 19th and several of the tomatoes are almost ready to be picked! Can't testify to the flavor yet but if they taste half as good as the look, these tomatoes are a winner. No cracking that I can see in spite of a wet spring with very uneven temperatures."
