Jaguar Marigold,
September 17, 2008
Submitted by topsail
from Hampstead, NC
"Perfect little edging plant. Just tall enough to clear the monkey grass, a starfield of yellow suns with red rays.
Grows really well in a tough environments. Came through hurricane Hanna just fine, even with salt spray damaging nearby foliage."

"I started some of these from seed as well as direct sowed some, both have grown and are beautiful. Thier color is vibrant and bright and are the first flowers in my garden to bloom. I'll be getting these again."
