Hydrangea 'Nikko Blue' - 1 Plant

"6"" mophead-type flowers bloom in July-August. Azure blue color is deeper in acid soils; in alkaline soils, flowers are pink. Ht.4'. Space 4' apart. Zones 6-9. Shrubs add substance to perennial beds and are ideal companions for large trees. Full or partial sun.

"They did soooo well for me this year , especially here in
the middle of Massachusetts ... This was their first winter , and they can through really well.. I covered them with
some cheap plastic trash cans, weighed down with bricks
and they came throught the winter beautifully ... I didn't even have to treat the soil - the blooms were a GREAT sky blue ..."
