"Everyone seems to love this plant and wants me to save seeds for them!

These are huge plants that make a fun display that you can enjoy from the inside of your house if you plant them in front of your window.

We had colorful birds, hummingbirds and butterflies hanging out in this big, beautiful bush of flowers.

Check out the photos to see!"

Eh, they're okay, August 19, 2008

"These seeds germinated in 2 days! I started mine indoors and they really slowed down by memorial day. After they were outside, they just sat there stunted and looking half dead or more. Of 12 transplants, 2 survived to make flowers but only grew to 12" high. I'm proud of their resilience to poor soil, lack of watering, and westerly sun. But their solid orange blooms aren't pretty enough to bother planting again."

Very Pretty, August 6, 2008

"I bought a butterfly mix and they had these in the mix. I thought they were weeds at first but when the floweres bloomed they were very radiant. The leaves are fuzzy and weed-like but they are worth the show. Blooms seem to come on one-at-a-time."
