"All you need to do is to dip these in beer batter (1/2 cup beer, 1/2 cup bisquick and a little seasoned salt or salt/pepper) and deep fry. They have a great, addicting flavor"

"I planted 8 of these for canning. They have a great medium hot taste and have been producing all summer. When canned they keep a nice crunchy texture!"
