My favorite eggplant of all, August 24, 2009

"I planted 6 varieties this year - the gourmet pack from Burpee plus some Icheban. Hands down this one is our favorite. Very nice taste and texture. Size is perfect for grilling and just enough for the eggplant lovers in the family for any meal. PLus, the plants are strong and always seem to have something out there for me to pick when I need it."
