A Great Little Radish,
August 26, 2009
Submitted by GardenGirl88
from Twin Valley, MN
"Planted these Mother's Day and they were sprouted, grown and harvested by Father's Day!! A very good radish with nice flavor- with plenty of water- and about 95% germination. Didn't turn pithy.
Planted a second planting August 6, and they are also doing well. We're looking forward to a Labor Day harvest."

Sensitive to soil conditions,
July 16, 2008
Submitted by LabGrrl
from Western New York
"I planted these in an area I never grew anything in before, and the soil was just too dense for them, even worked over. I got very few radishes, and many more radish flowers with long spindly roots. The radishes that grew were tasty and gorgeous-I will probably grow the same variety next year, in a raised bed with soil, sand and peat."
